This machine is the main machine before scalding the poultry in the Poultry production lines. using this machine can make the feather of the poultry fluffy so that scald the poultry well to improve the feather removal rate.There are three lines of spay nozzles each side of the box in the machine.

 

  The angle of the nozzle can be adjustable so that the feather can be shaggy enough. On the water storage box there is a separator that can release the dirty solid and use the water circulation.
